Park House Care Home in Sandy, Bedfordshire has a capacity of 29 beds, but its occupancy had dropped to 20.

Occupancy had not recovered since the Covid pandemic- and there was significant competition from other care homes in the catchment area, including from new-build care homes.

The home was securing just 1 private enquiry per month.
