Occupancy was “in dire straits” at Hampshire-based provider English Oak Care Homes.

Hunters Lodge care home, with a capacity of 44 was at 38 occupancy, while Willow Lodge care home with a capacity of 40 was at 33

This totalled 11 empty beds, with £772,000 lost annual revenue.

Plus, there was significant competition from other homes in the catchment areas.

But aside from having 1 listing on carehome.co.uk  the homes were not doing any marketing.

Moreover, the family-run care business was keen to increase it proportion of private residents, in light of local authority funding concerns.

Solution:

After a Diagnostics, Springup PR put a digital marketing success plan together with English Oaks.

The plan included a care-specific Google PPC engine and optimisation, enhanced tracking and significant call to action revisions on the website.

Results:

✅ Within 2 months Hunters Lodge was full
